By accessing or placing an order through Truce Tea Company, you agree to the following terms.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Shipping timelines vary depending on destination and carrier. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Truce Tea Company is not responsible for delivery delays, lost or damaged packages, customs delays, or carrier-related issues.

Due to the perishable nature of tea products and food safety considerations, all tea sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including tasting notes, origin information, and preparation guidance. However, tea is an agricultural product and natural variations may occur between harvests and batches.
